Pastor Shanks is a man after God’s own heart. Instructor, Powereful, Fearless, Genuine, Pursuer, Disciplinarian, and an Eager Servant are just a few of the many characteristics and traits that he exemplifies. Pastor Shanks is the shepherd of TTHOP in charge of the flock. He is a fisher of men, eagerly waiting and watching for souls to win for the Lord. He challenges each soul to develop a personal relationship with the Lord and Savior Jesus. With the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit working in him he equips the saints with the tools needed to endure until that glorious day our Lord and Savior Jesus returns.

Co-Pastor Veronica Shanks is a remarkable woman of God, who exhibits the fruits of the spirit (Gal 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance).  A true Proverbs 31 woman, Co-Pastor Shanks inspires those around her with grace and encouragement.  She allows the Holy Spirit to lead her to lead God’s people. Her sweet spirit is welcoming to the lost souls and guideance to the saved that they shall be able to experience the Lord's miraculous powers.

The Administration Staff

Let all things be done decently and in order (1 Corinthians 14:40). The administration staff has a distinct function to keep the church running smoothly. Being led by the Holy Spirit they work alongside with the leadership of the church to organize church services and functions.
